Then you’ll spend half of the session HIITing it using various workout equipment to get your heart rate up and burn some serious calories. To end the session, we perform a challenge and a quick cool-down to keep your body limber and ready to go for the next session. And of course, we can’t forget about the awesome beats we blast to keep you feeling energized and motivated during each session.

YES. Our workouts are designed to be effective and addictive for all fitness levels. Our Shed Masters always ask if it’s your first time so we can make sure you feel comfortable and ready to HIIT it.
16 shedders are allowed in the studio at a time + the Shed Master.
Each workout follows the same model, but we allow each Shed Master to add their own personal twist to guarantee that you are always experiencing a diversified workout. In order to see a change in your body, switching up your workout is key, so we make sure to vary exercises and circuits throughout the week.

No, out of respect for other shedders, we ask that you give your full attention to your workout session. However, afterwards, feel free to take pictures with your shedders and share with us on Instagram and Facebook @sweatshedstudio #ReadySweatShed.

Yes, but they are not automatic. Therefore, please bring a lock to protect your belongings. You can also buy one at the front desk.
We have complimentary water, a water filter and a water fountain right outside of The Shed. There also is a juice bar located upstairs that serves smoothies, water and other refreshments. However, they have an $8 credit card minimum.
Yes, our locker rooms have showers to get you squeaky clean after your sweat sesh.
Before The Session
Please arrive 15 minutes early. If you are interested in purchasing a heart-rate monitor, please arrive 30 minutes ahead of time to purchase and setup.
When you arrive, walk down the stairs to our front desk and they will direct you to our locker rooms and The SweatShed studio.
Please call the Crunch 59th St front desk at 212.758.3434 and let them know. In order to not interrupt the ongoing session, we do not allow anyone later than 5 minutes to enter the session.
Please cancel your session at least 12 hours in advance or else you will be charged the full cost of that missed session. To cancel, go to your account, click “My sessions” then click on “Unreserve”.
