One thing’s for sure, you’ll experience contagious energy and get a killer workout! Our workouts incorporate a group warm-up and a cardio/plyometric introduction. Then you’ll spend half of the session HIITing it using various workout equipment to get your heart rate up and burn some serious calories. To end the session, we perform a challenge and a quick cool-down to keep your body limber and ready to go for the next session. And of course, we can’t forget about the awesome beats we blast to keep you feeling energized and motivated during each session.
YES. Our workouts are designed to be effective and addictive for all fitness levels. Our Shed Masters always ask if it’s your first time so we can make sure you feel comfortable and ready to HIIT it.
Each workout follows the same model, but we allow each Shed Master to add their own personal twist to guarantee that you are always experiencing a diversified workout. In order to see a change in your body, switching up your workout is key, so we make sure to vary exercises and circuits throughout the week.

Yes, but they are not automatic. Therefore, please bring a lock to protect your belongings. You can also buy one at the front desk.
Yes, our locker rooms have showers to get you squeaky clean after your sweat sesh.
Before The Session
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your session.
The studios at our 59th St & FiDi locations are located downstairs when you enter the club. The front desk can assist in leading you in the right direction. Our studio at Crunch Park Slope has its own entrance on the corner of Flatbush Ave & Sterling Place.
Please call the Crunch location where the SweatShed class you are attending is located and let them know. In order to not interrupt the ongoing session, we do not allow anyone later than 5 minutes to enter the session.
Please cancel your session at least 12 hours in advance or else you will be charged the full cost of that missed session. If you are an All Crunch member with an Unlimited SweatShed bundle included, you will be charged $10 per missed session. If you are interested in upgrading, please visit the Front Desk at one of our clubs.
