This session begins with a dynamic stretch powered by Hyperice. Then, your strength will be challenged at various stations that hone in on specific body parts in order to build muscle and definition.
Test your cardiovascular endurance and strength in a series of circuits designed to challenge your upper body, core and lower body, raise your heart rate & make you seriously SWEAT. You'll end the session with a cool-down powred by Hyperice.
